1. The continuous wave pulser adopts a stacked valve structure, with a maximum opening and closing angle of ±12°, and is a motor with a maximum power of 630 W. The rotation controls the opening and closing of the stacked valve. The pulse of the mud is generated by the pulser valve plate. This valve plate is a device that limits the diameter of the mud flow channel. It uses data signals to control the motor to execute, thereby driving the valve plate to run and generate pressure pulses.
2. Downhole data is converted to form a pressure pulse wave, and the pressure pulses propagate upwards in the well along the drilling tool, thereby transmitting the data to the ground.
