The Generator Coil Electromechanical Handling Tooling is an intelligent disassembly/assembly system specifically designed for stator/rotor winding maintenance of large-scale generators. Integrating precision mechanical positioning, electrical parameter monitoring and intelligent control functions, it is suitable for winding replacement and repair operations of various generators including thermal, hydro and nuclear power units. The system complies with IEC 60034-23 standard and supports safe coil handling for generators ranging from 10MW to 1000MW.
